Cancellation Policy

Before shipment: We will do our best to accommodate cancellations requested before your order has shipped.

After shipment: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Refund Policy for return options.

Custom orders: Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
